I’ve been a loyal patient at this dental practice since the ’80s, and my recent annual cleaning reaffirmed why. Cindy, the dental hygienist, provided exceptional care. Her gentle touch and genuine concern for my comfort made the cleaning a breeze. I’ve always received top-notch service here, and Cindy’s expertise is a shining example of their commitment to patient satisfaction. Highly recommend this practice for their outstanding staff and long-standing dedication to dental health.

Excellent experience as always. From Tracy’s joyful greeting at check in, to a quick but complete cleaning. Sadly had one cavity, but they were able to get me in same day for a filling! Since I drive in from several hours out of town, this was much appreciated and above and beyond! Charlotte Dentistry makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

I have been coming to Charlotte Dentistry for 2 years. Everyone is always very nice and make you feel comfortable. My dentist is Dr. Woodroof and she is great. But her assistant Melissa is awesome. Always very thorough and explains everything. She is very nice and funny. I would highly recommend this duo!

From the very moment I entered Charlotte Dentistry I had a great experience. Your hygienist was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and did a good job cleaning my teeth. The doctor/dentist was thorough in his exam of my teeth. The whole experience was great.

Look this dentist office, from the greeting you receive as you step off the elevator or walk up the flight of stairs. You are greeted with a warm welcome …just like the warm hug your mother gives you when she sees like it’s the first time.
The technicians who clean your teeth are ALWAYS professional and perform a great job.

Every time I’ve come to Charlotte Dentistry it has been an amazing experience. Visiting the dentist office is always nerve wrecking but each visit is always a 10/10. I had a great experience at Charlotte Dentistry. I was warmly welcomed as I checked in. The receptionist has an exceptional customer service skill that is so inviting. My dental assistant was very pleasant, knowledgeable and calmed the concerns I had. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Swarup and I truly appreciate the outstanding care she took with me. As always I am pleased with the level of professionalism and the kind treatment when working with the folk at Charlotte Dentistry. From the phenomenal greeting one gets from the receptionist Traci, to Dr. Eshleman and his assistant Ms Davis, who treated me with the utmost care and concern. Dr Eshleman educated me about my dental issue, in a manner that was helpful and not overwhelming. It is refreshing to come into a business, receive the service one is paying for, and with kindness.
