Excellent experience as always. From Tracy’s joyful greeting at check in, to a quick but complete cleaning. Sadly had one cavity, but they were able to get me in same day for a filling! As always I am pleased with the level of professionalism and the kind treatment when working with the folk at Charlotte Dentistry. From the phenomenal greeting one gets from the receptionist Traci, to Dr. Eshleman and his assistant Ms Davis, who treated me with the utmost care and concern. Dr Eshleman educated me about my dental issue, in a manner that was helpful and not overwhelming. It is refreshing to come into a business, receive the service one is paying for, and with kindness.
